Default Fiskars has THE BEST customer service!!!

I want to say, that Fiskars has THE BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. I read a thread started on here a couple of weeks ago, where people were having trouble with their Fiskars trimmers not cutting straight. I noticed mine was doing that too, but never thought about it...I just chalked it up to the fact that it was well used, and a few years old. Well, someone said they contacted fiskars' website, and requested a replacement part. They got one!
So, in my brilliant plan, I wrote as well, and asked for a new part (the ruler part)
Know what I JUST got in the mail?? A WHOLE NEW TRIMMER!!
Fiskars sent me a new 12" trimmer to replace my 9" ruler on the 9" trimmer! So not only did they replace my trimmer, but they gave me one better.
I wrote them an email saying I am a customer for life. I hope everyone can experience such wonderful customer service if you ever need it.
I am so thrilled!!

And thank you to whomever started that replacement part thread in the first place!!

Fiskars replaced my entire trimmer a few weeks back!! It wouldnt cut straight, and would feather the edge, I called to buy a replacement part, and low and behold, a whole new updated model of a 12' trimmer shows up at my door, at no cost to me!! I was so happy, that now I purposely look for Fiskars cutting-punching tools!!! GREAT company!!

Great info. That is incredible customer service. On your recommendation I am now a Fiskars customer for life.

In the past I've purchased cheap imitations to save a bit on money (more $$ for SU stamps) but I have always been disappointed.

Just last night I went out to replace a punch that I bought that I don't like at all and saw some Fiskar pnches. They were a bit more but I figured they were worth it.

Thanks for the info!

I e-mailed them a while back asking a question about a brand new 12" trimmer I had bought. It stuck when sliding. They aplologized and sent me a new one fast. I thought maybe it needed breaking in. They are great and on the ball!
