LOL, I need some skunk info...

OK, I'm fairly new to SCS, so forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject. :oops:
What the heck is all the 'skunky' talk around here???
I've been wondering this for awhile, but something weird happened today. I took my girls clothes shopping at Kohl's, and there was this display of stuffed animals (bears, groundhogs, skunks, etc.)
Now my kids know I NEVER buy stuffed animals b/c they each own hundreds. I swear they reproduce in their rooms and make cleaning up a real hassle. But I felt unbelievably compelled to buy this cute little skunk.
And as it sits here staring at me, I finally got up the nerve to ask...
What's the deal with the SCS skunkiness?

Laura - that's funny that you bought a skunk !!! I'm beginning to think that a skunk is the new SCS Mascot. There are some skunk threads that explain the entire skunk saga. I'll see if I can find them and paste the link here. I'm not good at the searching though - so maybe someone else will find it before me. They are absolutely a riot!

Don't worry...I covered the eyes of my new skunk friend while reading that entire thread. I've had a real hard time explaining to her why I'm laughing so d*mn hard! She would be absolutely devastated if she knew the truth!!!
I have to go run some errands now. I think I will take her with me and tuck her *lovingly* into that infant car seat I have stored somewhere in the garage. Wouldn't want any of YOU to get their hands on our new beloved family member! :lol:
