First order from Ellen Hutson
 

I received my first order from Ellen Hutson in the mail today, and I'm SO impressed that I wanted to share my experience. I ordered several of the new Essentials By Ellen products (1 stamp set and 2 die sets). The shipping was super speedy, I'm on the east coast and they are on the west coast I believe, but the order arrived 2 days after I placed it! And I'm SUPER SUPER impressed with the packaging of these products!! They come in an extremely sturdy clear plastic envelope with a flap, with the dies being on a full sheet of magnetic material so they stay in place. They are completely ready to be stored, I won't have to do a thing with them other than pop them in with my other stamps and dies. LOVE that! Kudos to Ellen Hutson for wonderful products and shipping!

I get the feeling from my experience and everything I've read of others experiences that you cannot go wrong ordering from this company. Oh that it were so for every company out there!

I order from Ellen Hutson all the time and I can't say enough nice things about them. It's one place you don't have to worry about ordering from.

I am from Canada as well and Ellen's shop is one of the nicest to work with. I have also had great service from My Favourite Things and Frantic Stamper. These people definitely know what customer service is about.

I've ordered from Ellen for years and have always had superb, quick service, and like the OP said, everything arrives in great condition because it is so carefully packed. Kudos to Ellen and company!
