Need Tutorial Help

I found this idea on a digi stamp site and I thought it was adorable. I tried to ues Google to find the tutorial for "candle holder" with no luck.

I am sending you a photo and hoping someone can help me with this design.

Do you need help with the box? It looks like a simple square box.

It seems like Gerda cut a circle in the box top . It looks like she cut a slightly larger white scallop circle out of cardstock and cut smaller circle in it's center. Tape the edges of the scallop circle on the box top, cut slits in the inner part of the circle frame so you can bend it down. It will help hold your votiv glass in place. Does that make sense?
