I think the summer does keep some people away. I actually have much more time here in the summer because of vacation from work and school. It's a great way to some of the wonderful cards I have missed because I spend so much time in the challenge forums.
Here a few of my favorites from this past week!
Hugs and Fishes by Milwaukee Mommy
Happy 4th by Vicki Gould
and Creative Butterfly by Stampintam_Inks
Would love to see what other wonderful creations I have missed! Let's see 'em ladies!!!

Didn't spend much time in the gallery this week, but I'm so glad I didn't miss this little gem:

Well, I just found this thread last week for the first time, and love it. I heard from some others that they had never seen it either. I think there may be a lot of people that don't know about it too.

I only have one this week ...sad that I find myself "blog" hopping these days instead of searching thru the gallery. My "favorites" blog list has tripled in the last few weeks. This one is just too stinkin' cute to pass up (wish I could find this stamp)!

Thanks Janice,
NO WAY should you stop this thread. When I have to work on a Sunday, I still like to check it out, cause it always has the best of the best, and since I've been off for 3 days, I actually got to check the gallery and favorite a few myself:
Peaceful Garden in River Rock and Wasabi by mcschmidty I don't care for RR but she makes it look good
Enamel Butterfly by Kathy Tucker This is just incredible
IC135 SUNSET IN THE MEADOW by chrisations.ink great vivid colors
Butterflies for Misty by Mothermark and follow the link to RAK Misty while you're there!!!!
WR4thCC0805 Happy Birthday by purpleflowers I love the swirling BG DP that looks like water
IC135 Life is Beautiful...Ashley Bowen (poster2009700) the colors just popped off the screen.
Failed LSC attempt by Lisa Foster-certainly is NO failure in my book
I had others, but they've been mentioned.
Just one more thing, if you are new and have never done a challenge, some of the best cards come from the challenges found here There's one for every day of the week and checking all the others examples is also inspiration. I love to see what others do with the same challenge I played in.

Janice - I LOVE this thread. Each Sunday morning, I get up, get my "weekend cup" (a really large cup) of coffee and sit down to view the "favorites" thread. I so enjoy doing that and hope you won't drop it. My goal is to one day be brave enough to start my own gallery and maybe be chosen as a "favorite". Thanks much -
Barb M.

Janice,
I LOVE this thread! Always check it and am thrilled by all the wonderful cards I miss during the week. With so many cards uploading, it's hard to keep up and I always find some gems that I overlooked. Please don't stop running it, I think the slowing is just summer getting in the way!
Cheers!

Thank you for this thread. I enjoy it every week. If I knew how to properly link I would join in. It could be the summer that is slowing it down

Thank-you Debbie for mentioning my card, I had lots of fun doing it.
I want to direct you all to Jennifer Love card Here Comes the Bride. I love that she made a regular Hanna into a bride.
I love this thread and do think it's a great way to see cards you missed. I challenge everyone to try to add a person that isn't as well profiled as some of the ones we are seeing on here.

Janice,
I get up every Sunday morning to check out this thread, it is my favorite thread. May be because of summer that it is not as active.
I appreciate your time in starting the thread every week - thank you.

I agree with this! I think we get in the habit of just favoring those who are already well known and some other really great stampers feel they will never be noticed!
