Right now it is looking like 3-4 business days for your order to get shipped out (that time varies depending on how many orders are coming in and how busy they are, but that is what they are saying right now). At that point it ships from UT to your home. For me, that is usually about 3 business days. So, I'm guessing if you placed an order this weekend, it will get to you early the first week of Feb. That said, I placed an order on Monday night late and it is arriving on this coming Monday.
Yes, it's 3-4 business days for picking and it usually takes about 5 days to get it here in NC, so if you place it now you should have it by middle to late week after next (first week on Feb) Enjoy your new goodies!
I live in NJ. From the date my Consultant submits my order, it is never, ever less than a full 14 days till she receives it in her home (NJ). Sometimes it's even longer. Then I have to pick it up from her.
I place many orders from places in UT, but none of them ever take that long to arrive at my home.
I don't understand why such the long processing and shipping from Stampin' Up?
I like some of their products and want them, just don't like to wait that long to receive them.

LOL, Same here, I'm in PA. This is a HUGE deterrent for me, and why I rarely buy from SU directly. If I really want something bad, I search on ebay for it. I have no patience for slow orders, not in this day and age of super fast internet shopping. SU needs to get with the times.

Patti-
Did you know that you can have your demo direct ship it to you? Also, if your demo has a demo website, you can order right on the site and it will ship direct to your door. That way, you don't have to go out to pick it up at her house.
I know that the shipping was taking a bit longer during the holidays, but usually, I get my orders under 10 days from when I order. I live in Vermont, so UPS ground does take a full 7 days (5 business days, but there are Sat. and Sun. in there that don't count as business days), just like it does in NJ. Very, VERY rarely has an order taken more than that.
SU has a really good turn around time for processing and shipping orders out and once it's in the hands of UPS, it takes that full 7 days from them (which SU doesn't have control over, unfortunately, unless you want to pay for expedited shipping).
If your orders are taking that long, it could be that your demo is tagging them together with other hostess orders or customer orders and is waiting for a hostess to close out her workshop orders.
Anyway.....I would suggest that you request your demo to have your orders placed separately and have them direct shipped to you. I think you'll see a difference in shipping times this way.

Majority of the time, SU! picks and ships within 1 or 2 days. It's longer right now because of the new catalog and will continue that way with SAB just around the corner. But, I agree with Erika, that if your order is taking a few weeks, you should ask your demo to ship directly to you or order yourself online (even if she doesn't have a demo website, you can go online and choose her as your demo). My customers have really liked being able to order any time!
