Cards Magazine - Digital Download

Hi

Just discovered that it is possible to purchase all of the Scrapbook Trends titles as a digital download - this is really cool since I live in the UK. However when I try to buy it add $16 to the cost for shipping? HUH? Not sure if this is a mistake that actually doesn't get added to the total once I check out, and as such not willing to press the "place order" button. Anyone else had this problem?

I'd drop them an e-mail and ask, Sam. I've contacted them in the past to ask about costs for shipping multiple back issues and they got back to me really quickly and were very helpful.

Perhaps they can adjust this from their end ... but you can't know until you ask. ;)

I found this with another company once, they never did return my email,
so I'm assuming they are charging a handling fee instead of shipping, but I refuse to buy from anyone that charges a handling fee and a fee to purchase the download.

crikey!!! That makes the download more expensive than the "real" mag. It does say "choose which method of delivery" and the download has something like "minus $XX " so not sure what's happening. I'll wait to hear back.

Just to let you all know, I have had a reply from Cards Magazine and they are fixing the problem in the next day or so, they had only just launched the digital side of things and hadn't realised it was still charging shipping. Really pleased and can't wait to get downloading!
