Smile posted my first cards!!!!!

ok, they're not perfect. my secret sister gave me a digital camera yesterday (i know i'm spoiled). so i'm still learning how to take pictures and upload them. the 3 card i have posted are paste embossed. you use a brass stencil, tape it down, and spread this paste stuff over it. it's messy and fun. these cards look sooo much better in person. but thank you cindyklatt!!!!

it is a messy project. and you have to move fast because it starts to set up quick. the paste will dry on the templates and ruin them too. the finished product is soooo worth it. it is a little hard to tell how raised and glossy my cards are. the clear paste is "wetter" than the others so you should use watercolor paper or you will get a warped or torn image.
