Favorite Masculine cards

What are some of your favorite "manly" looking cards on this site? I'm in a floral rut and need to do some masculine ones!

Maybe florals in brown! I have a hard time with masculine as well. Most of the men in my life have a farm background so I do a little too much of that aspect.
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...p?photo=164633 from jus colorado uses artifacts, http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...p?photo=139446 cathymac uses fishy friends, http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...p?photo=129013 starlitstudio uses loads of love
Equestrian/horse sets, lovely as a tree, geometrics also work.
The teenage type boys I the ones I have the probems with - toybox works great for the little guys but other than the occasional 4 wheeler, classic cars type set there is little that I find inspirational.

thanks! Any more of you out there? Have any masculine favs?

For men I make pocket cards, using Canvas and Lexicon of Love.
I think pocket cards are neat, Canvas gives a cool illusion of texture, and a sentiment instead of an image is manly I suppose (more so than flowers or if he's not into the typical things male stamps are - fishing, cars, motorcycles).

I like the cards done with noble deer or the angler set for men they always look great

I use my lighthouse stamps (Coast to Coast) for masculine cards. I'm glad I got that set before it retired. Don't see a good replacement which is good for masculine cards.

A friend of mine has the fish and creel set - we use the fish a lot because our men enjoy fishing too much - they compare our stamping habit to their fishing habit.

Several of the men in my life are golfers, so Fore! gets used alot! Otherwise, they get trees and leaves, or just patterns. Boys are so hard, and they don't appreciate cards the way stampers do!

If you go to "gallery" and type in "masculine" in the search box you can see what others cards have been done by SCS members. One of my favorites is a card using Simple Stripes" by Mary Brown (aka stampercamper).

My all time favorite was done by Joan Meisner using Lovely as a Tree and the much coveted Wolf set. I received this card 4-5 years ago in a swap.

I like to use Lovely as a tree for my masculine cards.

Here's my new ah-ha, I discovered the castle from Provencal:
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...0&ppuser=15515
then there's always lighthouses:
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...0&ppuser=15515
and don't forget about trees, like this one from kthaman:
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...hp?photo=50017
then you can avoid all that and just go for words and numbers like this one by kardsbykim:

I've used Loads of Love. Great for Birthdays and stuff. I need to invest in the accessory set though.

The men in my life love the water so I use Set Sail a lot. I also have lighthouse and Calm Seas and Up in the Air and Architectural Elements that I really like to use for them but they are all retired.
