I LOVE b/g stamps!! My favorite is still Print Pattern - works well for masculine and feminine cards. I just got crosshatch last month and am really liking that one too for the same reason. I have Paislley and Floral, but tend to use them mostly on feminine cards. On the Spot is great for kids cards. I guess you need to decide what types of cards you're making most often. Sorry I'm not much help!

I think Print Pattern is still my all-time favorite, followed closely by Linen and Flannel. I just got Aida Cloth and haven't tried that one, yet...

Linen, French Script, and Weathered. Love 'em all! Another favorite is Itty Bitty Backgrounds, which I use all the time - you would get 4 for 1 in this set.

It's all about French Script and Print Pattern for me. I do want to get Crosshatch and either Canvas or Linen too, though.

My favs are Print Pattern, French Script, Floral and Canvas. But I like Paisley and I'm eyeing flannel Plaid, Dotted and Aida Cloth......oh yeah and I like Crosshatch too. See I'm not done buying backgrounds either, they really jazz up a card.

Floral, Print Pattern, French Script
I also frequently reach for Canvas, Crosshatch and the retired Dots & Daisies as well as Soft Swirls.

Canvas or Linen, but then print pattern, weathered, crosshatch, french script are nice too. One thing your thread has provided me w/ is it's a necessity I get my floral out and play with it. I've never been able to make the first thing with it and be happy with the outcome.
Good luck with your decision.
