famous stampers?
with all our handles we really dont know who each other is.. I was just wondering do you think there are any famous people on here? do you think Angelina Jolie puts the kids to bed and makes cards and put them on SCS? and what about Brittany Spears.. is she sitting in rehab and stamping? just wondering if there is anyone thats famous that stamps and comes to SCS!

Maybe
Or.... could Florence Henderson be scrapbooking her memories from the Brady Bunch television show?
It would be so special if there were famous people who join us in our threads. Laughing at our antics and commenting on our uploads.

I have no claim to fame, but I do know a couple of scrapbookers that are in the mags and one who designs for a paper line. Maybe some of their fame will rub off on me.

You all are hilarious!!! My claim to fame is having a story I wrote published in Country Decorating Ideas magazine a few years ago. Oh yeah, I was also on the Wendy Wonderful Show for a friend's B'day party when I was a kid (Wendy Wonderful was a talking horse!) hee, hee!!!

This is so funny! I bet there are!... I was JUST thinking about this the other night. I always picture like Gweneth Paltrow, or maybe a "known crafty" celeb like Rosie O'donnell. Well; if they ARE reading... HI GWEN! HI ROSIE! PM me and tell me your secretly stamping obsesed like us! I promise I won't tell!
I mean these ladies HAVE to get their stamps someplace... FYI; I offer discrete sales/private classes to all of Beverly Hills for the right price. (*wink*) Just fly your private jet on over and pick me up.

This is a really funny thread! When I think of celebrities doing crafts, I started thinking about the scene in the movie *Ghost* where Patrick Swayze comes up behind Demi Moore and guides her hands on the pottery wheel. My fantasy is Tom Selleck coming up behind me and guiding my hand as I gently tap my Marigold Morning pad...AACK! I'm glad my DH isn't here to see this...LOL!

Just think about it.. If someone like Rosie was your client and she was like "what a new Stampin' Up catty is out?!!! get me one of everything!!!"

And - as you can tell, I'm one of the older set here...if Tom Selleck is my fantasy guy. I would also settle for Vigo Mortensen.

My not so claim to fame happened when I was a wee pre-schooler. I was on a local show called "Romper Room" for a week. If y'all want an autographed glossy I'm sure I could oblige.

I'm only famous to my family who call out for me constantly! Maaaahhhhmmm!
But thinking of celebrities like Angelina and Brittney makes me think of a whole new market share for stamping.
I bet we could come up with a whole new celebrity gallery if SU! came out with some cool new tattoo stamps!
Just think they could take them off for the OSCARS to look elegant and then put them back on to look cool!
Even Jim Carrey said on the VIEW last week that his girlfriend thought he looked cool all covered in tattoos!
What do you think?

Wow! That goes back a day or two! My mom would use the expression "good do-bee" all the way into my adult years when she would ask me to do something...
"Would you be a "good do-bee" and bring the dry clothes up from the basement?" I had forgotten all about that magic mirror though!
