Default Big Shot-what is it?

I keep seeing cards that use the Top Note die with the Big Shot.
I have no clue what this machine/tool is, but I looooove that shape. Can someone fill me in on what the Big Shot is?

The Big Shot is a personal die cut machine from Sizzix. The Top Note Die is made exclusively by Stampin' Up. You can see their brochure at:
http://www.stampinup.com/us/document...ot_Cust_US.pdf

You can see it in use here:

Hope that helps!

I, too, was wondering about this same thing.

Question: Are the top note and scalloped envelope dies usable with the Cuttlebug?

Thanks.

I used the Top Note Die in a Cuttlebug without any problems.

I'm not sure what the advantage/difference of having a Big Shot is over a Cuttlebug or the other machine, I think it's called a Big Kick or SideKick- can someone tell me?

I'm not totally sure but the die-cuts at Archiver's must have one similar to the Top Note.

I'll check soon when I'm at their store!

I want the images but not enough to spend the money on the die-cut.
