Default does anyone get headaches before they place an order

I get headaches a lot in fact I have migraines a lot.but when ever I am getting ready to place an order I start having headaches.or whenever I am on the computer too long. When I get over excited about things like when I know my order is coming in the next day.justtalking about the new catalog.

But I can't help reading all the post about it.Another time I get a headache is when I have swaps that need to get out.I usually am never late.I always have them there in plenty of time. But I sign up for a swap and I feel like I have to get it done a.s.a.p..

Does anyone else get headaches for these reasons.I know I'm axiouse to get the swaps back and my orders.but can't figure out why I get them at these times.Maybe I just need to take a break from all of this.

Stress is a MAJOR headache trigger, weather it is 'regular' headache, or migraines.

Dont really know what to suggest other than relaxing and have fun!

as for me getting headaches....

well, I stay well away from dark chocolate, otherwise the migraine I would get would knock me out for the rest of the day and night, and the following day would not be too plesant either.

And the usuall pre-period migraine as well, but it usually is not so bad.

I also get headaches and migraines when I am stressed, so do my best to controll my stress levels. Same goes for my sister - but she is not so successful at keeping her stress levels down sometimes.

Do you take anything for migraines?? I used to get them all the time, and for whatever reason something's triggering them again!! (Didn't think about blaming the new catty!!) I take Imitrex when I get a headache and they really help, they have all sorts of prescription meds to help with migraines now, you should look into them if you haven't already;) Good luck to you, one more thought I wouldn't tell the doc that it's a stamping related headache or he/she might try to talk you into quitting, and we can't have that!!! I get major sinus headaches within minutes of going outside. Obviously there are allergy issues there. Advil cold and sinus is the only thing that works for me.

Default Set a timer for 20 mins...

I get headaches from reading SCS too long as well. I have to use a timer to limit it to 20 minutes, then I take a break and sometimes do some stretching. I also find I have to be way more selective about which threads I read.

I also get stressed out when I am submitting an order. I don't want to have "buyers remorse" (which I did quite often in the beginning), nor do I want to pass on a set in the Mini Catalogues and then long for it after it is no longer available!! But I just tell myself I will make some mistakes once in awhile and it's not the end of the world, and I can't buy all of the sets so I just try to accept that I will have anguish over a few that I skip! I also tell myself there will always be more great sets in the next mini or the next catalogue! (Lesson on self-talk over!)

Hope you figure out what makes your headaches better!

Cheers!
