Funny Dog Stamp

I hope someone can help. I saw a stamp set that included a "dog & hydrant" and it had the saying something to the effect "Some Days You Are the Hydrant". I can't remember which company it was from and/or the stamp set. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated as this would be perfect for a friend right now.

I have the Rubbernecker stamp...but you can use any dog/hydrant stamps and computer generate the text. That's what I did for this waterfall card...

I think The Angel Company also used to have a set with a pug dog and the saying (don't think there was a hydrant though?)

There She Goes has a stamp set called LOL Taglines which has a fire hydrant and "some days you're the dog, some days the hydrant" sentiment...
