Need Help w/Baby Memory Can

I'm putting together a memory can for a baby shower and for the life of me I cannot find the little poem/saying that says something like,
Baby books are great....jot it down....put it in the can

As you can see, I don't have a a lot to go on but I just know someone knows what I'm talking about.

Has anyone ever done a variation of the memory can? What I would really like to do is have people jot down prayers/verses for the child at my upcoming shower. Any recommendations of a poem for this use?
