Hi...I just saw your post. I happen to have the circle scissors. It also come with the healing cutting pad and a special blade on the end of a pen. I looked for the intructions that come with it but did not have any luck. I believe the instructions are on the back of the package which I purchased at Wal-Mart if you need them. Here is what has worked for me. I use at least
a 8 1/2 x 11 self healing mat that way I can hold everything secure. I also use tape to tape down the paper so it will not slide. Another thing I found out was it does not do small circles well although it is great for medium to large circles. I love it because you will always have the perfect circle size for your projects. I hope this helps and good luck.

I actually put removable tape down on the mat to hold the paper, right where I'm cutting the circle. Then it doesn't damage the paper. I also turn the inside circle a couple of turns before I start to cut. It seems to distribute the ball bearings that make it turn. Otherwise, sometimes it moves stiffly and this causes problems. HTH
