I know some people feel their shipping is high, but as an international shopper I personally have never had any complaints or problems with the shipping or their service. If I order stuff that's on pre-order there's a delay, but that's normal .
In response to the other part of your question, I don't believe they ever do coupons. What they will sometimes do is reimburse some of the shipping costs if the actual costs are lower than what the system automatically charges.

I have ordered from 7Kids many times and have never had a problem with there products or there shipping. As for a coupon code, they usually don't do coupon codes, or at least I have never seen any. There have been a few times where after I place my order they realize that the shipping amount that they charged me was more than what it should have been when they send out my parcel, so instead of reimbursing me they just take the amount off of my next order.
