editing a post

I am so new at this. I just added a photo but put the wrong info with it. How can I edit my image/post? I was just so excited about dinally sharing instead of always casing. Thanks!

How funny that you wrote this now. I just made some errors on a post and was trying to edit it. But couldn't figure it out. So I'll be watching this post for the answer.
In other word, bump

The edit function has been taken away due to some people abusing it (deleting or changing posts that had caused a problem--mad the whole thread not make sense).

As far as editing your photo upload, I believe there *is* an edit button still on that page. Let me go check.

Ok, yes, it is still there. On the bottom right of your "photo details" box in your gallery, there is a link to "edit photo." When you click it, it brings up all the details of your upload. After you make your changes, your upload will have to be re-approved by a moderator.

Sorry for the typo. That should be made not mad. :-) Obviously, I miss the edit button, too!

BTW, there is more information on this issue in the Site Suggestions Forum.

I did see that button and I did actually do that. I just hope it works or you all will get very confused. Thank you so much for your help. I will slow down and think from now on.

Darn. I guess I'll have to slow down, too. And go back to proofreading.
Thanks for the info
