The thread about sending card fronts to another SCS member?

I hope I didn't dream this! But I could have sworn I saw a thread in the forums somewhere about a lady who was asking that we send her the card fronts from the store-bought Christmas cards we received this past holiday. She remounts those cardfronts and sends them to our troops for their use.

Can someone give me the link to that thread? I have been looking all over the forums and cannot find it again.
