Does SU retire colors every year or just stamp sets?

I'm getting ready to buy the rest of the inkpads that I don't have (12 or so) and I was worried that they might be retiring colors again this year.

I know when I was a demo, I don't ever remember them retiring colors, and since they just introduced 12 new ones, I don't think they will, but was wondering if there are any rumbles of this for this years new catty?

just stamp sets. I think they have done colors 2 or 3 times in their history. So not an every year kind of thing.

The last time I remember them retiring colors they retired a red and lime green. That was quite a few years ago. I think you are safe for a while now.
