Default Great customer service - WeR Memory Keepers

Just giving a shout out to WeR Memory Keepers and a great customer service experience. They really stand behind their product.

I had a Corner Chomper that was not rounding corners nicely anymore, it was just chewing up the paper. I've had it for about a year and don't remember where I bought it. I emailed the company and explained the situation. Within a few hours, I heard back from them. All I had to do was e-mail a picture of what the Corner Chomper was doing to the paper and with a week I had a brand new, working perfectly Corner Chomper.

I love doing business with companies that stand behind their product.

This is good news. I have a corner chomper and it has never worked well and I am using it just on cardstock. It has been a real disappointment to me. Maybe I'll contact them. Thanks, OP, for sharing

I also had great customer service from WRMK. I had purchased a scrapbook and it was damaged when I removed the wrapping. I contacted the company and they asked for a photo and then promptly mailed me a new scrapbook.
Great Company with Great Customer Service!

Their Customer Service is great, but their products not so much. They replaced my Corner Chomper twice.....I now have 3 Corner Chompers, all of them cutting ragged corners. I would send them back but they are too big and heavy to waste the postage on, and it isn't as if they can sell them........they will ALWAYS cut ragged corners.

The Quickstik has sticky stuff in it I can see, but it won't come out, maybe because you turn the container to get some sticky stuff out the same way you turn the same piece to screw it off the pen. I have two now that don't work.

I had a similar fantastic experience with Fiskars. I had got a cutter from SU and used it for over 18 months the numbers and the lines were erased, I shared the picture with them and I had a brand new cutter sent to me. I am from India so it was International Shipping and replacement. That was an absolute Customer Delight

So sorry that your purchases have not lived up to their expectations. It is so frustrating when this happens, I can understand how you feel.

I found when my Quickstick was empty that is when no more sticky stuff would come out. That goo sticks to the inside to make it appear there is more, KWIM? They actually last a pretty long time for me.
