How many background stamps do you have? I know I never had 1 until I started coming here to SCS and seeing all the wonderful cards using them.
I know have 13 to my collection.
Background stamps sure put a different look to plain paper.
So how many do you have?

8 Background Stamps... only one of these is retired (On the Spot) I still wish I could demo that one!! I have aquired 6 of the eight in the last 5 months!!
I would have more, but my mom has 3, so I just use hers. If she didn't have Soft Swirls, I would have bought that one too!!
Gee I think I'm a little behind then, I only have 3 and one of the mini bg sets- but am ordering 2 more at the end of the month at my party..lol
Any opinions of Crosshatch????
I just recently got addicted to background stamps...I had 2 non su BG stamps. NOW....I have 10, I can't stop, the addiction is taking over....I am sssooooo addicted to these stamps...its going to break the bank this month.....

I have 3. I'm good with that for now. I'm a bit background challenged and need to try inking up with a brayer, etc. My Crosshatch is my favorite. I actually like little background stamps just as well. However, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before that changes.:smile:
I just counted and I have 9, but many of them are retired! (But I got Paisley before it retired, yeah!) I think I only have 4 current ones. Guess I have got to get a few more!

I think I have 16 (both current and retired) Stampin up, 2 non-SU, all the mini sets and wonderful weaves!! I just ordered the new Linen from the spring mini!! Can't wait for that! I am definately a background addict!!
For me, it all started with On the Spot. That lead me down a slippery slope. I now have 4, with 2 more on my Feb stamp club list. And Itty Bitty Backgrounds was one of the first sets I ever bought! I fear the spring mini - I think I'm in trouble!

WOW!! Did not realize I had so many. I counted 25 of the Big BG stamps and six little set's like Itty Bitty. I think I am background stamp addicted, LOL!
Only 4 or 5 of the BG & sets like Itty Bitties...but will definitely adding more to my collection. Love the sets because they are so versitile & can cover an entire card easily. The BGs - the more I look at them the more possibilities I see. Just have to think 'outside the box'.

I am new to stamping so I don't have any. The price tag is daunting for one stamp! But after seeing cards here- I realized I really "need" one. So at least one is going to be on my next order!
I've got 6 or 7 including 2 retired (paisley and chicken wire), but not including floral which I just ordered today. Crosshatch is next on my list. They are so versital and well worth the money.

I own eight background stamps and the more I use them, the more I love them! I didn't use to see the point of investing in them, but now I really enjoy adding texture to my creations with them.
Right now I have 13 SU backgrounds (current and retired) and a couple non-
SU ones. After seeing the cross hatch samples...I'm really thinking about getting that one too.

I have one big SU one, canvas. I don't know how I got by without it since I use it all the time. I have 2 other big non SU ones, and the little SU background set with the speckles, which I use a a lot also. I have a few more I am planning to order from TAC since they are a little cheaper (unmounted). I don't know why I didn't get more in the past since once I have them, they always get used a lot!
I have four of the big SU background stamps, as well as Itty Bitty Backgrounds. I have two more big ones and Wonderful Weaves on order. I also have 3 non-SU backgrounds.
