I purchased Folding Ideas for Cards & Envelopes (+ CD-ROM) by Laurence K. Withers and absolutely love it. I loved it so much I dropped the book and shattered the CD. I hope this is a legal request: Would someone send me a copy of the CD or the file itself in email? I'll be glad to pay any incurred costs.

I was devastated when I reopened the book and the cd came out in shards.
