Default Does anyone have any ideas

or suggestions for gifts for men? birthdays / thank yous / teachers / etc...??? So far what I've seen is absolutely awesome.... if the recipients are of the female sort.... but what about the men in our lives? I'd hate for them to feel left out.... So do we just make them RSVP pens & post it note covers stamped with bears & deer instead of flowers??? LOL Any suggestions?

Don't forget about the coffee mugs from the catalog, page 217. You could use a masculine stamp set and fill it with something they would like (a bag of nuts??)

Also you could stamp the memo cube on page 216.

Okay, I'm out of ideas. Need some more creative people than me!

For a guy teacher, how about a bag of trail mix with a topper or tag that says "Happy Trails" - do the words with your computer and print on a label you can stamp or directly onto cs or you could use Alphabet stamps. (Actually, you can use the "Happy" from a Happy Brithday stamp which just leaves "Trails" for the alpha letters. Two ways to do that -
1. Put a piece of scotch tap over the word Birthday and ink the stamp. Remove the tape and stamp onto your project.
2. Use a marker to color only the word "happy". Breathe hot air onto it and stamp!)
Also stamp Thank you and have your child sign it. Or, do double time technique with brown, beige, forest foliage and a outdoorsy set like Roughing It or Pines.

I've been real big this year on bookmarks - print a thank you sentiment on the computer, and customize the stamps for each teacher. A bookstore gift card goes real well.

Default Men's gifts

I just did a stamp camp last week for mothers and their child to make Father's Day gifts. It was a big hit. We used the sets DD Pines and Ligththouse, which is retired. I would have used Coast to Coast but haven't gotten it yet. We made the mug using the Pines, by stamping the trees and animals on the SU kraft paper. We made a little tag hanging from the handle, stuffed the mug with shredded paper. We took address labels and wheeled over them using the Great Outdoors Wheel. We put a label of the minature candies and stuck those in the mug. We made a notebook with pen to match and also a card. Carol

I've been stumped on this one for quite some time, so thanks for the suggestions... I knew there'd be some 'out there'.
