I love Still Life Stems -- not a daisy in there anywhere. I particularly love the iris. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I'm with you Anne. Gerber Daisies are my favorite flower. I think that's why I love Looks Like Spring so much because the big flower reminds me of a gerber daisy. I also still have the hydrangea from a few years ago and will never get rid of it. It makes the prettiest gift bags!

I really like this set too! Not much of a floral person, but I do have a thing for lilacs and I really love the way this set uses the two step stampin method to achieve a very realistic look.

Since we're talking flowers, I like these from Outlines Rubber Stamps -- although I haven't bought from this company in a while. They are very high quality.

I'm normally a daisy FREAK, and have many different styles of daisies in my collection, but the beauty and sophistication of these images by Stampendous is so outstanding, I *must* possess them!!! And, their stamps are great quality! They've been one of my favorite companies for years! |
Oh no!! These are totally beautiful!! It seems every thread on here enables me to do something else! Thanks alot, Julie!!

I have yet to see a floral image that I didn't want. I know they all look similar, but they are all a little different, too, and I just can't resist. I want them all(l0l). I do understand your frustration, though.

*sigh*
good thing I decided to go hobby! There is just too much eye candy out there!
Mr. Taxman better make my deposit SOON!! DH told me that since my SU "business" helped lower our tax obligation and drastically increased our refund, I could have $1000 of our refund JUST FOR ME to buy whatever I want! So thanks, y'all, for adding to the ever growing list of HAVE TO'S! ;)

AMEN!!! Some of my favorite stamps are old PSX ones. I don't have any of the botanical ones but I always have my eye out for them. The closest SU set seems to be still life stems. I like that one but can't decide if I need more flowers!!

I ADORE their images!! I even have a Penny Black album in my gallery. They look like real pressed flowers, but most of the designs require that you color directly on the stamp, as opposed to stamping onto paper then adding color (although I did watercolor my coneflower!)

Write to SU!
They will listen if they get enough e-mails from customers and demonstrators. Tell them what you want. Tell them you feel all their flowers look the same and tell them what kinds of flowers you'd like to see - lilacs, poppies, etc. I know some other demos are on an e-mail writing campaign to get SU! to feature more pet sets (cats, dogs, etc.)
Although I have 2 DDs, I wholeheartedly agree that they need more boy sets. My customers are always complaining about that. I wrote to SU! about this myself and I encouraged my customers to do the same.
Send them an e-mail. Send them a bunch of e-mails! Believe me, if they think there's enough of a market out there for something, they'll come up with it.:-D

Well I love the flowers, but have also noticed that a lot are shaped the same way. especially the new 2 step stamping, just a few squiggles changed.
And I agree one can only have so many flowers and christmas stamps.
Would like to see more stamps to color in with markers ect.
Just my small observation.
Most of there stamps are great, as i am quite new to all of this.

Would love to see more nature and pet sets-You'd think when they see their older sets of horses, fishing ones, cows going for big money on ebay. They would put out more sets to use for guys, hunting, fishing and sports that a lot of us do.
