1998 catty set, need help please.....

I have been looking high and low for a set from the 1998 catty called on the beach. It's a 4 piece set. I've been looking here in the buy/ sell/ trade and on ebay and no luck. There is another set also called on the beach. Does anyone know if buy some chance the older set has changed names? Or something???

I would really like this set.

That is On the Beach, but it is definitely newer than 1998 - I got this set within the last 3 years before it retired. Unless Stampin Up messed up and named two sets the same, the other set must be called something else.

They must have recycled names. I found my 98-99 catty and on page 37 there is a set called On the Beach (#9690-00). It has four stamps (they make a scene): a beach chair with a beach umbrella, a hut, two palm trees, and sand with sea shells.

I never bought this set, but you do have the right name.

Actually there have been a few instances where SU! has named the same set the same thing and On the Beach I believe is one of them, it doesn't happen often, and its been a while since I've seen a duplicate, but there are a few out there. Keep looking on eBay. You can set up somewhere in My eBay to get an e-mail everytime someone lists a set with that name. It is a very rare set and I remember the few times I have seen it on eBay it went for a pretty penny.

There were definately two sets called "On the Beach"; the set from the 98/99 catalog, and another set that was in the 04/05 catalog.
