I can't wait!! I keep peering out the window for the mailman but you are right...they probably won't come until Sat (dare I hope?!?) or Monday... sigh...
I have emailed TAC twice in the last year inquiring for a demo in Austin, TX and gotten no reponse. I prefer to deal with someone in person but if not possible, I would buy a catty form anyone. Please email me if you are interested. TVM

Sorry to hear about your referral problems...it has been an ongoing "issue" but hopefully when they get AngelNet going those things will be ironed out.
Until then, probably the best way is to post here...like you did! You will get lots of quick responses...
Is it tonight yet? It's almost 4pm Alaska time, somewhere out there it must be "tonight" Not that I'm impatient and can't wait or anything, I just want to know all about it NOW!:-D
Jessica- nothing against TAC, they are great but are you interested in CTMH (Close to My Heart) at all? I have a website you can check out that has all our product
Does anyone sell TAC in Ontario, Canada? Just wondering, because I read a lot about it in this forum but I haven't heard of anyone selling it around here. Where could a northern girl, like me, get this catty?

Unfortunately, TAC is not in Canada ... but a wonderful TAC demo contacted me after seeing something I asked and is sending me a catalogue, so maybe she'd do the same for you? Her name is Jana, here's a link to her profile here so you could try sending her a PM.

If you contact ANY TAC demo they will help you!
I wish TAC would go into Canada, But untill they do. They you will have to purchase from a Demo that IS willing to ship to Canada.
There are many of us here on SCS.
Just look at their Signature.
I also suggest calling TAC for Demo information.

There's been some news shared about the new catalog on A Shade Of Blue website. Here's some of what has been said:
The BG (Basic Grey) has been discontinued, but we still have Bazzill, and MM cardstocks. We have about 10 new exclusive lines of paper with coordinating ribbons and embellishments.
More wedding and baby stamps
The samples are now displayed next to the stamp sets they feature
There's a large section with scrapbooking ideas and samples in the front of the catalog.
There's no more tax on Hostess benefits or GWP's
Lots of ribbon!
Catty isn't spiral bound anymore but possibly thicker
Some patterned paper with coordinating stamps.
No more TAC ink pads, but Palettes are still here, and we have Versamagic Chalk Pads. And Staz-on Opaques
DCWV in single color packs.
new frog set, some new sets like The Buzzz (a recent Stamp of the Month), new floral sets, new cat and dog sets, clowns, Clothesline Bear, 23 Alphabet sets!!!!!, less backgrounds
Hostess sets and GWP's are in the back of the catty this time. Some of the GWP's are mini sets.
We have the Coluzzle cutting system
Making Memories Tag Maker
lunch pail kit, chipboard, clipboards to alter
19 colors of Staz-on, 6 Staz-On Opaques
Versamagic Dew Drops
Thought some of you may be interested. I don't know about you, but I'm excited to see the new catalog! I do wish that it was still spiral bound though, I thought that that was such a cool feature.
I'm not a TAC demo, I am actually an SU demo but my friend is a demo for TAC. I have seen the catty, I actually have my own now. Can I just say WOW! I was totally impressed! The new catalog for TAC is gorgeous! I went through it last night and I put a small post it on each of the pages where I wanted something. Let me tell you, that book is filled to the brim with post it's. LOL If you haven't seen it, you will love it!

I'm an SU! demo and going to my TAC demo's new catalog open house on Monday! Looking forward to seeing the new catalog. I read upthread that they discontinued to Basic Grey line and I boo-hooed for a minute, but change is good.
Can't wait to see it! Woohoo!
Cheers,

I just received my copy and all I can say is TAC out did themselves. This catty is like nothing they have ever had before, no comparison. The layout is wonderful and the samples are fantastic. There is a great balance between stamping and scrapbooking.
What are the new stamps like? Are they similar to what they had in the catalog last year or are they new styles?
There are some sets that are the same as last year but some that are way different. I had only about 15-20 sets that I wanted last year (got most of them too) and this year there is honestly not many pages that don't have at least one set that is now on my wish list. The new papers are to die for!

I, too, and a TAC demo who is THRILLED with the new catalog. Finally, samples are by the set used!! From cover to cover it is very professional, classy, artistic, and easy to use. I LOVE IT! I am especially happy that the new designer papers coordinate with the Palette ink colors :-). And we've doubled out alphabet choices, most at $19.95. Prices remain low on all the unmounted rubber stamp sets, and the hostess program remains great with $100 for a minimum party to reap the benefits. WooHoo!!
My only small regret is we haven't added the Marvy scallop punches, though we carry most of their other punches. Maybe in the fall supplement...
I can't believe what a new look it has...and so much for both scrapbookers and stampers! You hit it right on the nail, lgulotta! Isn't it wonderful? I can't wait for EVERYONE to get a chance to see it!!
