It is very common to complain when you get bad service, but I hardly ever say anything nice when I get great service; so here goes.

I got wonderful service from Staples.com. I ordered an online only item and it was delivered to my door the next day free!! I honestly couldn't believe it.

I love Staples.com too! Their rewards program is great and it gets you next day free delivery!

Ditto on the kudos to staples.com. If you are a Staples Rewards member, you get Rewards $ on each HP printer cartridge you return.

Yes, I dropped off an ink cartridge yesterday and you can recycle 10 a month ($20 in rewards!) Not that I have that many, but every little bit helps. I used my rewards to feed my printer. It's hungry all the time! I found some gold and silver gel pens at Staples store and they work great! But then I've always loved Staples! Got both of my sons one of those "Easy" buttons!

I love our Staples. I don't get in there often, usually to buy envelopes and the tags like Tim Holtz uses. ( Not sure if they are the same exact thing, but it is what one of the stamp stores has packaged with his stuff, and they work great.)
