Default Foiling without laminator or laser printer!

I just watched this great tutorial by Lindsay, the Frugal Crafter. She shows how to apply foil on die cuts without a laminator or laser printer!

You just need the foil and some double sided adhesive paper. I found the paper on Amazon for about $5 with free shipping.

Check it out:

I saw that video too.

I remember the Carol Duvall show using double sided tape to foil/guild with, did it a few times and then moved on to other things. This past Christmas I die cut double sided tape, adhered it to package tags and then foiled them. So Pretty!

Another idea I remember but haven't tried yet: take double sided tape, roll it into a coil and then spell out words onto your card/page. You can then use your foil on the words you created.

I did that with the gold flakes and love it. I die cut some wide sookwang tape and even tried it with glitter too. Carol Duvall was the woman that inspired me. I miss that sweet lady.

Bugga, what is the name of the product you found on Amazon? I rushed right to Amazon after her demonstration :-) and it was all pretty expensive. I would give her supplier a shot except I'm really not familiar with them…

I've also tried Tim Holtz's technique using Versamark, a stamp, heat and stick powder and foil sheets, and it works very well but you have to be fast!

Here you go, Poppy. It's a good price:

I tried first to order from Lindsay's supplier, but they were sold out.

PS My links are all showing up as Robot Check, instead of Amazon. But the link does go to Amazon.
