Default cd jewel case box template?
I was wondering if anyone had a cd box template they can post, link to, or send to me? I need a box that will fit a CD that is already in a jewel case. I've seen CD envelope templates but the ones I've seen would be too small because they only fit a CD without a case. I need one that will fit the case too.

I couldn't find a template, but was able to find a picture with dimensions--maybe you could work with this... I'll keep looking, though.
