Default Tim Holz distressed look tag on Carol Duvall

This morning's Carol Duvall Show featured a "tag journal" with a distressed look - demo'd by Tim Holz. There were several new (to me) ideas. If any one has used his technique for crumpling, then dtp, spraying, and ironing the tag (or cs) - what do you call it?

It's just called "distressing." There are many ways to distress paper...I didn't notice him doing anything out of the ordinary. Except of course, he used his "specially formulated ink," lol.

I just bought two colors of distress ink at my LSS today, so I'm going to play with them later. I'll have a look on the website later and see what I need to do!
