Hi there all, I am the designer and owner of Digital stamps by Louby Loo. It is a brandew site and I am working like crazy right now to bring you more digital images, so check back daily to see what's new.
http://digitaldownloadsbyloubyloo.blogspot.com/
My first designs are based on a little town I have called Hootyville, a magical place filled with little Hootys from all walks of life (or hoots of life). I have started off with Hooty occupations, so check back often to see what is in the works!! I hope you enjoy my new digital downloads site and have fun using my images.

Your request is a couple of months old, but it jumped back to the top tonight. Anyway, check out the link for this company; according to the site, they offer ALL of their stamps in wood-mounted rubber, cling-mounted, unmounted or downloadable. Wow, can't ask for more than that! No, I'm not getting paid for sharing this, just thought that was a lot of options - something for everyone and some of us will have to pick, LOL. be careful...
Pink Petticoat is a website where you can purchase digi stamps, however they have copied other designers designs without permission. Stamping bellas are ones that have been copied. There is a thread on this, but I don't have the link.

Here's two more:
Squigglefly - Crissy Anderson has designed some adorable stamps for them - she used to design for High Hopes, so they are sort of that style (check out my blog for a Halloween sample)
DigiStamp Boutique - My disclaimer is that I am on their design team, so I admit I'm biased. ;-) She's got cute stuff that's fun to color. Check out the monthly competition. Also, she's got a really cute "get well" freebie coming out tomorrow (Nov 1).
Some of the traditionally rubber companies are also adding digital, like MFT, Pink Cat Studio and Stamps & Smiles.

Question
I am new to this digital stamping business. Forgive my ignorance, but when you 'purchase' an image, are you allowed to repeatedly print the image or do you get just one copy?
Thanks.

Ok, I purchased some digital stamps from Mo Manning. They are too cute, I just love them!
I did notice that when I colored them with my prismacolor pencils, there was some smearing of the image. Is that a common problem? Are copics the better way to go?
Thanks.

Lisa, do you have a choice to use a "Photo" cartridge in your printer? My printer's normal black ink smears with Prismacolor pencils, but the photo cartridge works great. Also make sure the ink is completely dry before starting to color. Heat setting can speed up the drying time.

I haven't had to try it yet but i heard that you can take your blow dryer to your printed out digi stamp so it doesnt smear....

I don't have problems with mine smearing. I use a laserjet if I print them off at work, or an HP DeskJet at home. I use Copics and colored pencils with odorless mineral spirits - no problem with either one.

I usually don't have a problem with smearing either using a laserjet. My one exception might be with certain types of paper (for some reason Georgia Pacific always bleeds on me). Never tried the blowdryer trick though!

Pink Cat Studio has really cute digital images. You can also try Etsy. I think its MFT that recently purchased one artist's designs, but she might still have a few there. Look for Pure Innocence digital stamps. AMAZING! Someone has probably already mentioned Mo's Digital images.
