Joann free shipping after 3 orders?????????

I have met the qualifications for this a few weeks ago. I have tried ordering and am not receiving free shipping and my email from last week has yet to be answered. Will I ever learn?? Anyone successfully been accepted into the 2008 free shipping program yet? Thanks!

I haven't even heard of this offer, but am interested to know if it is really legit. Is it posted on their website?

The free shipping program is posted at the bottom of their homepage. You order 3 orders of $35 before tax etc and then you get free shipping for the rest of the year. I did it last year and think it took it awhile to work then too. The site says an email will be sent once your 3rd order is shipped but that doesn't happen.

When I wasn't able to use my free shipping benefit last year, I stopped ordering from them and found other places to spend my money. Trying to get the free shipping took too much time and just didn't happen in my case.:(

Were those 3 orders $35 and above? I managed to use it last year. The only hiccup was that I had used different email addresses but the same user account. I just gave them a call about it (after I emailed and it still didn't work) and it worked fine after that

I had pretty much the same experience - I was using free shipping just fine and then for some reason the option was no longer available to me. Several e-mails to customer service (now there is an oxymoron) were ignored, so i moved on. There are so many other places to spend my money...... if they don't care enough to respond to me, I don't care enough to spend my money with them!!

Not yet...I still have a couple orders to place before that can happen. I try to place my 'qualifying orders' when they have their free shipping promos. Did all of your orders fulfill the requirements? The tricky one can be the $35 before tax and shipping...as well as using the same email on each order (at least for me, since I use two different email addresses). I'll be following this thread to find out if anyone gets their free shipping! (I had no troubles with mine last year...others seem to have lots of problems with joanns.com, but I've never had a problem.)

I did the $35 before shipping and did it when they offered free shipping for orders over $35. I know there are so many other places to shop online but few that offer sales. Sales combined with free shipping is a great deal if they would do as they offer. We will see!
