sorry, they are not! They were available only in Jan-Feb during Sellabration.

There is a chance that they will be in the next release of the Idea Book and Catalog which comes out in July. I really hope that all of them do make it into the catty!

Not right now. Two were Sell-A-Bration sets and the other was in a quarterly mini catalog this year. So keep your fingers crossed, for they may show up in next year's catalog! I know I would really love them to be.
