Curled Cardstock -Demos can you help?
 

hi,
i got Thursday my new order. when i opened the box one spool of ribbon was open and all over the place in the box.

yesterday night i opened my new package of red cardstock and it is horrible curled right in the middle. i cut the cs in half to use it as the base of the card and it is really bend and curled in the middle.

the day before i used true thyme cs and it is perfectly fine. the funny thing is i couldnt tell that the cs is so bend as long it was in the foil.

i orderd this stuff not with my regular demo.

is there anything i can do?
any contact adress so i can talk with su about it?

I would contact the demo that you bought from. She can return any damaged products for you (or get you the information).

Definitely contact the demo you purchased from. She'll handle the exchange for you.

I just had this happen with a pack of really rust. It was almost as if the plastic was wrapped too tightly and caused it to curl.

I've had some of my packs curl but they usuallyl straighten out over time once out of their packages. I haven't found that it has effected my cards at all.
