I was just reading the Scor-Pal/Scor-It thread and I visited the Scor-Pal website. I noticed an icon that said they were the official sponsors of the 2007 World Card Making Day. Here's a link to the WCMD site:

What a fab idea! I'll arrange a get together with my card group now I know about it.

It started in 2006 - did any of you celebrate with a gathering of fellow cardies? I'd love to hear what you got up to!
