Creative Help Needed
Every year I'm asked to make invitations for a lawyer's office to invite all their adman and special staff to lunch. This year the theme is "stimulus package" which they want to be creative and fun. All I could say when they told me the theme was "who's idea was it" since I don't think of it as very funny.
So anyone have any ideas on invitations I could make? I have to make about 25 with a mix of both men and women being invited.

That's a tough one! How about a wrapped package with a bow - open up the "package"? Or paper money with $1 million printed on it and the invitation on the back?

Well the point of the stimulus package is to stimulate the economy,right??? So, you could use a bar code stamp, maybe make a card that is shaped like a shopping bag with the info inside???

This is a bit twisted but you could make bottles of "Viagra" pills (jellybeans) and put a note inside saying it's the new stimulus package being offered with the invite on the back.

What about the idea of 1/2 great econ pre-2008.. and the other 1/2 half after. stripped down. ??

CUTE IDEA!!! You could actually make the card to look like the shopping bag with the slider inside with the info. HEY...I think I will use this idea for something!!! |
