Moo cards come in different sizes. Business cards, rounded corner, minicards, facebook cards, etc. If you go to MOO | Custom Business Cards, MiniCards, Postcards and more... | moo.com USA then find the product you want, under Essential Information on the right, there's a tab for dimensions.

I read somewhere that it is the piece you are left with after cutting a folded A4 sheet of card down to a square.

Michelle Zindorf's blog mentioned moo cards several years ago. She used these dimensions:
1 1/8″ x 2 3/4″. Here's her post.

When you cut an A2 card down to a square, the leftover is a "scrapling." Could that be what you're thinking of, rather than a moo?

Add me to the list. I thought this thread would be about cow cards.

You may well be right- I probably have the two things confused, or thought they were one and the same,

Okay, after reading all these posts, I had to go find out what Moo Cards are.

So, here is a link to what started it all, a company called "Moo" that makes business cards. They also make a mini size business card, roughly half the size of a regular business card, or 1-1/8" x 2-3/4". Evidently, the little mini cards are what came to be known as Moo cards.

They were talked about on Facebook and became quite the thing to have. At the link, click on MiniCards.

Yeah, I googled and found this too. I'm mostly confused because how is it that I have not heard about them 'till now?? Do I live THAT deep under a rock??

Yes. It's a big rock, Sophie. I live there, too.
