Is it a checking card/debit card? If it works just like a regular Visa card but happens to come out of your checking account instead of an actual credit account, the answer is yes!

I've tried a couple times to make a donation, but keep getting error messages, and that I need to pay a fee now to use my card. Anyone else get that message? :?
