Cornish Heritage Farms-new site??
Does anyone know what's going on with Cornish Heritage Farms? I went to visit their gallery (even though they are closed, they've been keeping the gallery open) and I can't find it and it looks like there's a new website up! Just wondering if anyone knows what might be going on?

Thanks, looks interesting! I'm very curious about the new direction for CHF. Hope they bring back a lot of the older sets too, I really like them! Also hope they bring back the gallery. I used to go there often for inspiration.

I'm excited that CHF is making a comeback. Their site looks so elegant. Love the purple.

I miss the gallery too, loved to go there and look at all the great samples.
It would be a shame if its gone forever.
I wanted to take a look for inspiration just a couple of minutes ago.
This way I found the new blog and I am curious what this will bring.

I believe the gallery will be coming back in some form. My guess is that it won't be quite what it was since the licensed lines (things like Kinkade, Elvis, General Motors, Saturday Evening Post) were not up for sale with the rest of the images when CHF was on the market. Kim Hughes bought out her own line too and now runs Paper Smooches so we won't be seeing those. The new owners will presumably want to concentrate on showcasing what is available through them rather than everything from the "old" company.

Did you try the company gallery right here at SCS? I know it's not quite the same thing in that it's not organised by stamp or set but there are loads of CHF projects here. You could try a search on the name of a specific stamp or set if that's what you're after. The SCS CHF gallery is here.
HTH!

YAY! I'm so happy that Cornish Heritage is coming BACK.
Tanya and Stamper's Ink are class acts. They also own Riley Stamps. I'm so glad that they've brought back Riley and are now bringing back Cornish Heritage. They really know what stampers like.

That's great. They are obviously brand new since there's really nothing on the site yet. I'm looking forward to seeing what they will have. I have some Cornish stamps and I'm so glad I bought them. I hadn't shopped with them much before they went out of business but I did get some beautiful images.

I live about 3 hours from the original location of CHF and I had always wished they had a store, but they didn't!
I'll have to check out the new website - thanks for the info!

There are a lot people selling their CHF stamps at ebay, now.
Some have scary high prices.
Do you think the Thomas Kinkade stamps will be back?

This is interesting. I wonder if they will do rubber as well... not personally a fan of digi stamps.

Only if the new owners negotiate a license for them. Several CHF lines were licensed from third parties and none of those were included in the sale of the business. I guess it will depend on whether Stampers Ink see Kinkade as a worthwhile investment and whether Kinkade would grant what would effectively be a new license if they did.

The "about" page that Barbara Jay linked to earlier says "Red rubber stamps of many of the best sellers will be available later as new manufacturing is setup" so the simple answer is yes, they plan on doing rubber at some point.

Ooooo, I second this! I didn't realize they were closing down until very near the end so I missed out on a few I wanted.

Does anyone know when they'll be reopening?? I can't even get to their blog, and the main site still says "coming soon".

The new CHF store will be having their Grand Opening gala this Saturday!! Wheee! From what I read, they will have some fun giveaways and a blog hop on November 19 - this Saturday.
As for the licensed lines, I read on their Facebook page that they are close to wrapping up a deal for the Thomas Kinkade stamps. They may also be pursuing the Elvis and SEP lines - keep your fingers crossed!!

I have some information to add. In August I emailed Stamper's Ink to ask about the Kinkade stamps. Here is their response, "The company that sold them went out of business in 2009. However, we just bought all the images!! Soooo... hopefully, soon, we will have them. Probably next year."
