Default CropChocolate CS is awesome!
I bought one of the Making Memories organizers on www.cropchocolate.com last Friday and the receipt said they would email me my tracking number when it shipped the next business day. I emailed this afternoon as I hadn't received anything and they called me! Apparently a power line got cut and the server is down... everything got shipped but they can't access the tracking numbers until power is restored.

YAY for awesome CS! They rock.
