Default In Colors and Prismacolors

Does anyone know if there are prismacolors that match the new SU In Colors? I know there are hardworking ladies that have done the regular SU color matches so was wondering about the In Colors.

hey! A gal already posted the IN Color matching to Prismacolors along with SU retired colors too... Here ya go..

Prismacolor for In Color and Retired Colors...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, I finally got my In Color paper...and several people have asked for PC pencil colors for the retired colors...So, here goes. Take notice of the colors that are similar...

Cranberry Crisp--close to Bravo Burgundy but lighter, and a little more red. I am going to use 925 crimson lake, but 937 tuscan red will also do (the Bravo Burgundy color).
Marigold Morning--Close to More Mustard, but a bit lighter, and pinker. I am going to use 942 yellow ochre but you can use1034 goldenrod (More Mustard color) too.
True Thyme--like Mellow Moss, but lots darker. I am using 988 marine green, which was dark for Mellow Moss but the right tint.
Cool Caribbean--992 light aqua.
Buckaroo Blue--darker than Bordering Blue. You could use the 936 slate gray or go to 901 indigo blue which is a bit dark.
Vintage Violet--best match is 1042 metallic violet, but that is no longer available. You could use 1007 imperial violet (same as Lovely Lilac) or 933 violet blue which is a bit bluer.

As for the retired colors:
Eggplant Envy--1078 black cherry
Baroque Burgundy--same as Bravo Burgundy, 937 tuscan red
Forest Foliage--917 peacock green
Rose Romance--929 pink
Positively Pink--no good match
Bliss Blue--same as Bashful Blue, 1024 blue slate
Mint Melody--920 light green
Mauve Mist--no good match
Marvelous Magenta--same as Orchid Opulence, 934 lavender (this is why I was bummed that MM discontinued, it was the only color to work well with OO)

Hope this helps you out a bit...have fun!
