Default Anyone have a photo of place card for dinner party

I am having a small dinner party for my husband's b'day (just 7 of us), and wanted to make some place cards with each person's name on it. Anyone have any ideas or pictures for me to make something special?

I don't have a picture, but I just made a bunch for my son'r wedding on Friday. Here are a few ideas:

Filigree corner punch the bottom two corners and hten use colored papre underneath so it shows through. Any of your favorite punches will do - or you could use the border punch and punch along the bottom.

Use the new SU border stamps along the bottom.

Embellish with thin organdy ribbon.

You can do them in whit and write the names directly, or use a color and adhere a white smaller piec with the name. I used leaves along the bottom in Fall colors since that;s the theme. I used a white background with a burgundy piece in the middle. We will then adhere the white names cards to the burgundy. They cam out really nice.

One of my favorite stamps has a bunch of flowers that look like tulips, a set of stems to match, and a bow stamp. They are small enough that you can use them on one side of the name card and write the name on the rest. I like the look using a small hole punch on each side of the stmes and actually tying ribbon. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the set, but I made a sample and really liked it.

I used a quarter sheet of card stock and folded it into a tent for the name card.

I hope all this makes sense. I can't upload anything right now, but hopefully you get an idea!
