After you do all the decoration on theses cards, I can not put it into a regular envolope because it is to bulky. So I have been sending them in bubble pack envolopes I get 5 for a dollar but costs me 1.20 to mail. Any other suggestions?

Maybe you could make the cards slightly smaller than the normal size to give the envelope some ________(can't think of the word)? So that it will have room to go around the card. KWIM?

Is the word leeway?
I have a tendancy to make cards that are mailed with fewer doodads and if they have a brad or something that sticks up, I cut a piece of thin chipboard and slip it into the envelope over the embellishment.
I try not to put too many layers of CS on cards I mail out. Cards that I hand out, I put in the clear envelopes and haven't had trouble (yet) with lots of layers and/or embellishments.
