Question Clear bag/envelope help...2 part question! need help fast...

I really would like to order some clear envelopes from clearbags.com, BUT there are so many to choose from!! I have enough clear envies for the 1/4 card that were generously donated to me, but I don't know how it works to make sure there is enough room for the envelope in the clear bag for the other. The other cards I have are:

3 1/2" x 5" card w/ reg. sm. envelope...which clear bag would be the right/best size?

Also, are there REGULAR envelopes for cards that are the following dimensions? OR... would you just use a 5 1/4" x 7 1/4" and just have extra room...or make your own envelopes???

6 1/4" x 5"

6 1/2" x 5"

It takes alot of time to pour through all the choices on clearbags, but when you find something that works for you, you can reorder that same item #. I found out (by using an insane amt. of time browsing), that if you order the adhesive flap style just a smiggen taller than you really need (#B4X6XL), they are only .04 (last time I ordered) which is a great value! Always err on getting them a tad bigger if you aren't sure as then you can possibly put in 2 cards with envies if you sell or gift cards. B65 holds 4 cards and envies. CJA2 is the 1/4 card jacket that opens so you can see the greeting inside the card ~ this will hold up to 2 cards and envies. B38 holds the 1/2 jr. tablet notepads.

I go to clearenvelopes. com and order b45. It is 5 7/8 x 4 1/2 so it can hold a card easily without tearing the seams getting it in. You can also fit in a letter inside if you wish without straining it. I like the quality and service of this site better than any of the others. Prices are amazing too. 10 of these for 75 cents.
