I haven't but it looks like they do a lot of shows. It's possible they're just not in the office filling orders:

The link for the show schedule won't load for me. I am getting really close the the 45 days to file a dispute with Paypal.

If an online merchant is planning to do shows then they really need to make arrangements to either let the customers know that are not going to be filling orders... even just an email would be nice.
