Default Classic vs. Craft Ink

I know the basic difference between these inks, but I was looking for more specific information I can share with people about why and when to use which ink. All I know is that the craft is pigment and the classic is water and that the craft is recommended for scrapbooking and using on darker papers to stand out. That's it. Thanks!
