I am still not 100% that I like my card so I changed the base to Cherry Cobbler. Yes or No.

Am I steering on the wrong direction? Maybe scrap this and do something totally different? I am so not good at this.

I love the darker trees! Suddenly the sleigh pops more. Personally I like the one without the reindeer best, the dark trees and the sleigh make enough of a statement, the reindeer takes away from it and it becomes a bit too busy for my taste. I noticed you too, away the wreath as well, and I prefer the cleaner look.
I think that’s the one for my money! I love the elegance of it now and the red base pulls out the red in the gifts

Everything you have shown us has been wonderful and would be loved by the recipient. I say stop being so critical of yourself, gather up ALL the samples you have made and start addressing and getting them ready to send out because they are ALL winners.
You will always think of something you could have done differently when you make a card or something, it's called being creative, that is a good thing. The real secret is knowing when-how to stop and just go with it. We all have that struggle, it's the infamous "know when to stop before you ruin it" dilemma.
BTW, I rarely make all my cards exactly the same. I either have more than one design or make variations of a design. It keeps me from getting bored while I make them, sign them, address them, etc...

Amen to everything you said! We must be stamping twins, and didn’t even know it. There is no such thing as 2 cards alike in my world even when I plan it that way...and that’s what makes it fun!
Thanks for sharing your perspective so eloquently. Well stated!

OK! To my eyes that last one with the reindeer is THE one. It looks finished to me, the story has an beginning and an ending.
I've loved all the cards from the start because you used so many great elements but I didn't reply because honestly I didn't know what was missing or why.
Don't ever give up! Just keep tweaking until your satisfied. If by that time you have 4 or 5 cards that didn't make the grade, donate them!! There are so many places that need cards and the ones that you yourself weren't satisfied with would make someone happy just because...

This thread was great to read and watch the morphing of the card. I loved each one of them....and they kept getting better. Now I know where to go to get a card designed.
