I took several lengths of white organdy, ran them over the PP ink pad, and let dry overnight. I, of course, wear my rubber gloves when doing this. The ribbon, I think is beautiful. I have not tried this with grosgrain. I have seen threads here about putting lengths of grosgrain in a sealed container with drops of reinker to get the color needed. For my project, the organdy ribbon is what worked.
I prefer 3/5" over 5/8" and am not fond ot the new stripe pattern...Just a personal choice...I wish they would come back with more of the double stitched 3/8" grosgrain...

I agree about the stripe...I love stripes, but a lot of times it just doesn't fit the tone of the card!

Papertrey Inks sweet blush ribbon matches perfectly. I have made many a card with this ribbon and it has always looked really nice. They have twill, satin, polka dot satin, saddle stitch.

That is really good to know. I may have to get some ribbon from PTI. I couldn't justify buying SU's in-color ribbon for $10 a roll and it is not very versatile because of the casual stripes.

i was going to suggest this. i bought the pink pirouette and sweet blush at the same time, and i can't tell a difference... i wish i had known that BEFORE i ordered it, but whatever... i love pink.

Thank you for all the great suggestions. I don't usually use the wider ribbon but as Melissa said SU cost for the in color ribbons is pretty steep. I also like the idea of a couple other choices for styles.
