Smile chalk

I am new to SU and am still learning ,could anyone tell me what chalk ink is and how to use it,does SU carry it?I tryed looking it up in the new catty and didnot find it or I over lookes it.What I have heard of it sound like fun.Thank you all.

chalk ink used to be carried in the sU catty but no longer is. check out this site for a quick description of inks:

chalk ink blends nicely when rubbing directly onto the paper. It moves a bit but drieds more quickly than pigment. It has a soft look.
